Tahukah anda, Allah mengiktiraf cinta selepas perkahwinan sebagai yang terbaik dan sumber segala kesenangan dan kasih sayang.
Bagaimana tu? Sebagaimana yang dinyatakan di dalam Quran ayat 21 surah ar-Rum ini:
“Dan di antara tanda-tanda kekuasaan-Nya ialah bahawa Dia menciptakan isteri-isteri bagimu dari kalangan kamu sendiri supaya kamu dapat hidup tenang bersama mereka dan diadakan-Nya cinta kasih sayang antara kamu. Sungguh, dalam yang demikian ada tanda-tanda bagi orang yang menggunakan fikiran”.
Cinta selepas perkahwinan adalah cinta
yang diredai dan dituntut oleh ajaran Islam. Cinta seharusnya berputik
mekar selepas pasangan suami isteri itu mendapat mandat yang agung untuk
bercinta melalui ikatan yang sah dan diiktiraf oleh agama dan juga
anggota masyarakat.
Bagi menyuburkan cinta selepas perkahwinan,
maka pasangan suami isteri haruslah menghormati hak-hak dan
tanggungjawab kepada yang dicintai dengan penuh kecintaan dan kasih
sayang.
Antara cara-cara untuk menyuburkan rasa cinta sebegitu adalah:
1. Membuktikan cinta melalui ketaatan,
kasih sayang, pengorbanan dan kesungguhan memuliakan pasangan dan rumah
tangga yang dibina.
Pasangan suami isteri hendaklah
sentiasa saling hormat-menghormati, menghargai perasaan dan tutur kata,
sentiasa mendoakan kesejahteraan keluarga dan berusaha memelihara amanah
dan janji yang dibuat.
2. Melahirkan zuriat sebagai bukti
cinta yang terjalin. Sekiranya ditakdirkan tidak mempunyai zuriat, suami
hendaklah bersabar dan tidak terburu-buru untuk berkahwin lain.
Seharusnya usaha dilipatkan gandakan
untuk mendapatkan zuriat baik secara tradisional mahupun secara
perubatan. Sekiranya tidak berhasil, bolehlah mengambil anak angkat
sebagai langkah alternatif.
3. Mengasihi dan menghormati ahli
keluarga pasangan suami isteri. Bagi mewujudkan keluarga yang harmonis,
perhubungan kedua-dua belah pihak hendaklah dijaga dan dipelihara sebaik
mungkin.
Sesekali, hadiah dapat dijadikan
penghubung kasih-sayang dan tidak lupa untuk bertanya khabar sekiranya
tidak berkesempatan untuk menziarahi keluarga yang jauh.
